Product Details
When you want flooring that has a modern touch, works effortlessly & takes minimal effort to keep care of, you really can't go wrong with this top-range charming oak grey 12mm option from Swiss Krono. Arguably the ideal solution if you've been looking for laminate flooring that looks the part in your home office just as much as it would in an open-plan kitchen, get a great deal on 12mm thick laminate at Wood Floor Warehouse.
Developed with a unique synchronous pore structure, this chrome grey laminate emulates the authentic look of real wood – specifically, oak-styled boards. We like this product because it works in any room where you want to add a slightly more modern touch. We find that a lot of kitchens, hallways and bathrooms that get redecorated (especially rooms looking to get more natural light in) benefit greatly from this type of Swiss Krono laminate.
It's also a good time-saver if you need quality laminate laid down quickly. You're looking at a brisk 48 hours to acclimatise before you can get the floor in place fast, thanks to the V-Groove edge on the planks. And when it is down, it is down for a long time. Like most other Swiss Krono laminates, you're getting an estimated 30-year residential warranty (5 years if you're using this flooring commercially). It should also withstand a few hits here and there, as it has a 5-star wear rating, which is relatively high for a 12mm thick plank.

Product Questions
Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.
