Returns
For online Purchases
We are sure that you will love your floor, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept no fuss returns on any orders. Please ensure that all packaging remains intact as we cannot accept the return of goods that are not within the original packaging or in perfect condition. We do make an allowance for the return of 1 opened box when a complete order is returned. This is to enable our customers to check their goods are satisfactory. A returned open box should be carefully repackaged in the original packaging and be unused and undamaged.
Goods leftover (up to 15% of the total purchased flooring) can also be returned. They must remain unused and in the original sealed packaging. As they are returned to our stock we can only accept unopened goods, which are returned in perfect condition.
To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your floor that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our return address for you to arrange this return of your flooring. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you. It must be accompanied by a copy of our returns form (right-click and select print).

In Store Purchases
Under full compliance with the United Kingdom's Trading Regulations, we do not accept the cancellation of in-store orders. At our own discretion, goods purchased for wastage can be returned up to 90 days from purchase provided a valid receipt is produced and that the items are in the original sealed packaging. The maximum value for stock returned for wastage is 15% of the total order value.
