Product Details
The 125mm (14/3) Brushed Matt Lacquered Engineered Oak Flooring features a high-quality multi-ply core designed for strength and stability. Each board measures 125mm in width and has a total thickness of 14mm, including a durable 3mm real oak wear layer. The brushed surface enhances the natural grain pattern, while the matt lacquer finish provides a subtle sheen and added protection against everyday wear.
This engineered oak flooring is manufactured in a rustic grade, displaying filled knots and colour variation for an authentic wood appearance. It can be installed using a tongue and groove system, either floated on a suitable underlay or fully adhered to the subfloor. The 125mm (14/3) Brushed Matt Lacquered Engineered Oak Flooring is suitable for most internal domestic and light commercial spaces (excluding bathrooms) and is compatible with water-based underfloor heating systems when installed correctly. The multi-ply construction provides greater dimensional stability than solid wood flooring, helping to minimise expansion and contraction caused by changes in humidity.
