When you want laminate flooring that is on the lighter side to look, but is just as hard-working as any can, EGGER Aqua Light Lausanne Oak should be on your radar. We’ve been stocking this laminate for a while now, and it is proving to be a hit in homes across the country.
With its light oak tone and appearance of small knots and fine cracks for that real-wood effect, Lausanne Oak creates a natural, balanced look that complements any room you want it in. It has a more subtle light brown shade that looks great in rooms that get a lot of natural light or need to feel brighter – areas like your hallway, kitchen or bathroom. Plus, because it is an Egger Aqua product, it is highly water-resistant – a must for family kitchens.
Lausanne is also a laminate that will rarely let you down. Each plank is 10mm with a 4-star/AC4 wear rating, so you know it’s up to the task & also UV resistant. Product Questions
Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.
