Made by the German manufacturer EGGER, you are getting a stylish & expensive-looking laminate at a price point that traditional wood made this way doesn’t come close to.
Any room you lay it, this AC3-rated laminate has a 15-year residential warranty & embossed surface, making it perfect for most rooms in the home. We even have some customers who order it for commercial shops in the likes of shops & cafes, as it a has 5-year commercial warranty too!.
We call this a DIY floor, as it takes only 48 hours to acclimatise before you can install. With its floating installation (thanks to the glue-less JustClic system), you can get it down in no time – although we recommend using it along with one of our underlays.

Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.

Maintenance
In order to get the maximum lifespan from your laminate floor and keep them looking great, it is important to follow the manufacturers' maintenance instructions. These will vary a litte depending on which brand you purchase but here are some basic guidelines that are applicable to all of our products.

Returns
For online orders only:
We are sure that you will love your floor, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept no fuss returns on any orders. We also allow 1 opened box to be returned from each order allowing you a good opportunity to inspect your order before deciding.
To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your floor that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our return address for you to arrange this return of your flooring. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you.
