Product Details
We love antique parquet flooring, but we don't like all the fuss that comes with reclaimed floors. Our Churchill Oak Herringbone uses an aged European oak which is smoked and distressed. We think you will agree the end result looks fantastic and would be at home in any space that welcomes character. This parquet floor contains all of the beauty of reclaimed wood, and none of the drawbacks.
Churchill is an engineered floor and therefore utilises a 3mm solid wood top layer. The top layer is brushed and smoked before finishing with a quality Danish natural oil. 11mm of plywood is used to form a strong stable base. Installation is tongue and groove, and the floor is commonly installed floating onto a suitable wood floor underlay.
