Swiss Krono Ticino Oak laminate flooring features a light, natural oak tone with soft grain detailing that creates a bright and balanced look. The neutral colour works well in modern and traditional interiors, making it suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and open-plan spaces.
Manufactured with 12mm thick boards and a Class 33 / AC5 rating, this laminate flooring is designed for heavy domestic use and light commercial environments. The 4-sided V-groove edges enhance plank definition, while the durable surface offers strong resistance to scratches, abrasion, and everyday wear.
Fitted with a 5G click locking system, Ticino Oak allows for fast, secure floating installation and is suitable for use with underfloor heating. Easy to clean and maintain, it provides a practical flooring solution for busy spaces. Free samples are available, allowing colour and texture to be checked at home before ordering.

Installation
It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.

Returns
For online orders only:
We are sure that you will love your floor, but if for any reason it does not meet your expectations we can, of course, accept no fuss returns on any orders. We also allow 1 opened box to be returned from each order allowing you a good opportunity to inspect your order before deciding.
To be eligible to return a floor you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your floor that you would like to return it. We will supply you with our return address for you to arrange this return of your flooring. The delivery must arrive with us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you.
